This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data by the Basque Association of Professional Organizing Companies of Congresses and Events (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") within its websites, apps and any other electronic means or digital platforms through which the company processes personal data.

Legitimizing the processing of your data is the consent of the user. Users, by checking the corresponding box, expressly and clearly accept that their data is necessary to meet the request made by the service provider. The user guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.

All data requested through the Web service is mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of the service. Failure to provide all the data does not guarantee the complete adequacy of the information and service provided by the service provider to its needs.

Legal basis for the processing of data in European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council;

The aim is to establish a commercial relationship with the user of the websites, apps and any other electronic means or digital platforms of the company. The operations envisaged for treatment are:
- Processing of orders, requests or any request made by the user by any means of contact made available to him.
- Sending commercial advertising communications related to our products and services, by any electronic or physical means, present or future, to enable commercial communications, when authorized by the user.
- If you provide us with your curriculum data or send us your resume, we will use your data to manage the contact and selection processes we perform.

They will be kept as long as there is an interest in completing the treatment. Where they are not necessary for this purpose, they shall be eliminated with appropriate security measures to ensure their complete destruction. The personal data provided by the data subject shall be kept intact, even if the data subject requests their deletion, and the processing of such data shall be restricted only for the performance of legal obligations and/or for the exercise or defence of claims.

The Company expressly informs and guarantees users that under no circumstances will their personal data be transferred to third parties, unless there is a legal obligation or it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing.

The data provided to our service providers (Management, etc.) is provided through the signing of the data processor contract required by current data protection regulations.
